- How many photos do I need to provide?
- You need to provide 50 photos (for the mosaic tiles) and 1 main photo (the central image that the mosaic forms). Share them via WhatsApp or order notes after placing your order.
- What is the difference between the 50 photos and the main photo?
- The 50 photos are arranged as small tiles that together form the mosaic pattern. The 1 main photo is the central image that the mosaic visually represents when viewed from a distance.
- What sizes are available?
- Available in 8 sizes: 8×11, 10×12, 12×12, 12×18, 15×20, 18×24, 20×24, and 20×30 inches. Select your preferred size as a variant when adding to cart.
- What quality of photos should I provide?
- Please provide clear, high-resolution photos for the best mosaic print quality. Blurry or low-resolution images may affect the final result.
- How long does it take to dispatch?
- Please contact us via WhatsApp or DM for current dispatch timelines, as mosaic frames are custom-made and timelines may vary by size and complexity.
- Do you accept returns or COD?
- No. Since each mosaic frame is custom-made to order, we do not accept COD, returns, or cancellations once the order is placed.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
