1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a replacement. To ensure the process runs smoothly, please follow these steps:

  • Record an Unboxing Video: You must record an unboxing video without any cuts or edits. This video will help us verify the issue.
  • Contact Us: Send the unboxing video and a description of the issue to our customer support team at giftsbbd@gmail.com.
  • Our team will assess the video and verify the issue. If it's determined that the product is damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement .

2. Out-of-Stock Items

In the rare case that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued for the out-of-stock item. The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 bank working days and credited to your original payment method.

3. No Returns or Replacements for Customized Products

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or replacements for any customized items unless they meet the criteria outlined in our damaged product policy above.
