Return and Replacement Policy

📌 Opening video from start to end without cuts is compulsory for any replacement request.

1. No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final, and products are non-returnable.

No refunds or replacements will be provided for defect-free products based on:

Look & feel or minor differences in shades, colors, or sound quality.

Small wear and tear during transit, as long as the product is in working condition.

2. Replacement Policy (For Defective or Damaged Products Only)

We provide a replacement in case of:

Manufacturing defects or significant transit damage affecting product functionality.

To request a replacement:

Report the issue with clear images and an uncut video showing the product defect, shipping box, and labels.

Ensure the product is unused, in the same condition as received, in original packaging with all included accessories, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Inspection & Replacement Process

The defective item must be sent back to us for inspection.

Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it for damage or defects.

If a defect is confirmed, we will replace the item at no extra cost within 7 to 12 days.

If no defect is found, the customer will bear the to-and-fro courier charges for sending a replacement.

4. Conditions Where Replacement is Not Provided

❌ If the product is used or missing original packaging/accessories.

❌ If the reported defect is not proven after investigation.

❌ If the opening video proof is not provided.

❌ If the issue is related to minor wear, color, sound quality, or aesthetics.

🚫 No refunds or replacements will be provided if the above conditions are not met.
