Cash on Delivery (COD) Not Available

Since each item is uniquely made for you, we cannot resell it to another customer, making prepayment mandatory for all orders.

Order Tracking

Replacement Policy

• Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer replacements, except in cases of damage or defects.
• An unboxing video is mandatory for any replacement request. Without a proper unboxing video, we cannot process replacements.
